TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges FOB factory, zip code 91702. Shipping instructions, shipping method, delivery address and delivery date must be included in the PO . Changes to shipping instructions must be in writing, approved by factory and submitted at least 72 hours prior to ship date as factory may ship early. Factory will not be responsible for delays or additional charges for any unapproved changes. Factory may ship orders out up to 3 days prior to insured unless requested on the PO or in writing. All orders become the customer's property upon factory's delivery to carrier as shipments for FOB factory. Customers should file claims with carrier for any delayed, lost or damaged shipments. The factory will be happy to assist with this process, but the customer must initiate this process within 14 days of shipment. Delays caused by a carrier are not the responsibility of the factory and no refunds, credits or returns will be given to customer due to carrier issues.
Special Packaging and Fulfillment:
Factory has a full service fulfillment facility. Call for quotes on all special packaging and fulfillment services. There will be a $23(g) per pallet charge for palletizing.
Carriers:
The factory reserves the right to ship via the carrier of their choice, at customer's expense, in order to meet the customer's in-hand date. To ship via Australia Post or other carrier will require an additional 2 business days and a fee of $48(g)/per order.
Billing to Customer or Third Party Account:
Upon request, factory will attempt to bill shipping to a customer's account. If customer refuses the charges, the carrier will typically bill back the charges to the factory. In this case, factory will invoice customer for the shipping charges plus a $48(g) service charge. If customer's account is invalid, incorrect or factory fails to use customer's account for any reason, factory will ship on factory's account and invoice customer for the shipping charges. Customer will be obligated to pay these shipping charges. Factory does NOT accept 3 rd party billing on rush orders.
Split Shipments:
For split shipments to more than three locations, a split shipment charge of $10(g)/per location will apply for additional locations. Additional charges may apply for some split shipments, please call factory for details.
Miscellaneous Shipping Information:
If a delivery address is not included on the PO , the factory will hold shipment of the order for up to three days before shipping via ground carrier directly to the customer's address on file. The customer is responsible for any additional freight charges caused by address changes, residential service, re-routed packages, returned packages and/or other adjustments made by the carriers. These additional freight charges will be invoiced to the customer in a supplemental invoice 15-60 days after the shipment.
Overruns and Under Runs:
The factory reserves the right to over ship or under ship up to 5% and invoice accordingly. For exact quantity shipments, add an exact quantity fee of $48(g).
Catalogue Photography:
The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of decorated products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark. Any unauthorized use of images or any material in the 2007 catalogue without prior written consent is prohibited. Products shown in this catalogue may vary slightly from actual products due to inherent limitations in photography, film separations and printing.
Heat Transfer & Digital Printing:
Heat transfers and digital printing allow four colour process imprints, halftones, gradients and multi coloured logos for one low price. PMS colours can be matched at no additional cost; however, artwork requiring PMS colours MUST be in vector format, no exceptions. Unless specified otherwise, the background will be white. On bitmap images a hard colour copy must be provided if you require us to match to your intended colours. The shape of a heat transfer should be kept within the confines of a rectangle, circle, oval or square. We may however, accommodate an outline to suit your logo. If in doubt, call one of our factory representatives. An epoxy dome can be added to most digital inserts for an additional cost.
PMS Colour Match Charge:
Choose from our standard colours shown below or specify a PMS colour for $48(g)/colour. When ordering, please state PMS colour or one of our standard colours will be used.
CUSTOM LANYARD INFORMATION
Custom lanyards are manufactured to the specifications of each order. This allows us to change and mix features, such as multiple colour logos, change attachments, change the width, dye the materials to specific PMS colours or just about anything a customer wants. In addition to the attachments and lanyards shown in this catalogue, we have additional attachments and other customizable lanyard options. Call an HCL representative with your requirements and we will do our best to meet your needs.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time begins after all approvals, including credit, receipt of artwork and a digit proof approval. A digital proof is a digital photograph of a pre-production sample. A digital proof approval is required on all custom lanyards at no additional cost. See “ Production Times ” for additional production limitations and requirements.
RUSH ORDERS
Our screen printed lanyards can be rush ordered with a 10 business day production after all approvals. Pricing is in red under each item where available. Production time begins after all approvals, including credit, receipt of artwork. Pre-production samples & digital proofs are not available on 10 day production orders.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
Pre-production samples can be made for any of our lanyards for a charge of $48(g) plus the set up charge. Pre-production samples will add an extra 7-10 days to production, and available on rush orders.
PAPER PROOFS
There is a $15(g) charge for paper proofs.
